FAQ

Q:

How much will I be charged for shipping?

A:

Shipping charges will be assessed when a minimum of three cases are sent together. There will be a $3.00 fee for boxes received with two cases and a $6.00 fee for those received with a single set of impressions.

Q:

What should I use to ship my impressions?

A:

Priority mail flat rate boxes can be obtained from your local post office or we can order them for you. If more boxes are needed, submit a request here.

Q:

When can I expect my study models to be completed?

A:

From the time your impressions are received, turnaround should be between 3 and 5 business days.

Q:

What type of material should I use for my impressions?

A:

We recommend using a PVS material (polyvinyl siloxane) for all impressions and bite registers. If using alginate impressions, please wrap them in a damp paper towel before sealing them in the plastic bag. Note that with alginate impressions, some model distortion may occur.

Q:

What type of bite register should I use?

A:

We recommend using a PVS material bite register as this material gives the most accurate results. You may use a wax bite register, but it MUST be non-translucent.

Q:

Do I need to include bite photos with my order?

A:

While not required, we recommend including patient bite photos in order to improve occlusal accuracy.

Q:

How will I be billed?

A:

At the end of each month your office will be invoiced for all services completed during that month and those not previously billed. You may pay your outstanding balance by mailing us a check or paying by credit card over the phone.
